The June 24, 1996, issue of Newsweek, contains an article on ventricular
remodeling (page 78). The article states that four hospitals in the U.S.
are using this procedure. It mentions the Cleveland Clinic, but does not
name the other three hospitals. Does anyone know the names of these
other three hospitals?

According to TVs 20/20 segment on VR, the first hospital to do this
proceedure outside of Brazil was Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, NY.
The first one was done by the Brazillian himself as a guest surgeon, on
a 30ish male patient who is doing fine. Since then the regular staff at
BGH has done several more.
