It’d seem to me that a heart/lung TX is the only way to give her a
chance of progressing from "young lady" forward..-Rod-

Infortunately she has poor cardiac function and a proposed heart lung
transplant was seen as not an option in her case.
From my reading prostacyclin seems only to be a temporary solution
pending transplant. Calcium antagonists are used but really there is
nothing we can do to prolong life to any useful degree.
